For two weeks only, starting August 24th to September 7th, Chef Alberto Landgraf, one of the most talented young chefs in Latin America, will showcase his culinary creativity and expertise at Sabayon, located on level 51 of EQ Kuala Lumpur.
The Michelin Guide has previously praised Landgraf for his exceptional ability to transport guests to a world of highly precise culinary sensations. His consistent use of the region’s very best fish and seafood, coupled with his skillful fusion of ingredients and flavours, has earned him well-deserved recognition. And now, as he brings his talents to Malaysia, we can expect nothing less than an unforgettable culinary experience.
‘’There are many similarities in Malaysian-Japanese-Brazilian cuisines, most obviously the availability and use of wonderful fresh produce and ingredients. I am looking forward to introducing some native Brazilian flavours and Japanese high-end ingredients to diners,’’ said the Chef Landgraf.
The degustation dinner menu, priced at RM788+ per pax will be available from Monday to Saturday, while the lunch menu, priced at RM328+ per pax will be available from Thursday to Saturday. Diners for both meals can opt for an additional wine pairing, selected and curated by Sabayon’s award-winning team.
