Hublot Big Bang Alps lie on (interchangable) sheepskin beds, for both bold and slender wrists in winter.
You’re looking at Hublot’s latest Art of Fusion – the Hublot Big Bang Alps. Made for him and her, this duo is a warm homage to the majestic Matterhorn rising above snowy caps of the Swiss Alps.
It captures the innovative ingenuity of the manufacture with the introduction of a new coated carbon. The end product bears resemblance to granite, which is popular all over the Alps.
What first catches the eye, however, is the Cuddly Cuff found on both 45 mm and 39 mm models. Ice blue sheep leather straps are kept warm by white sheepskin, matched to matte skeleton dial and satin-finished sunray dial of the same blue. The former watch sports a calendar display at 3 o’clock, while the latter opts for a delicate window instead.
Hublot’s One Click system applies here, so both Big Bang Alps straps are easily interchangeable.

One is made for bolder wrists, the other for the slender. Each Alps model is decorated according to its gender code – though that doesn’t have to limit your preference. What’s foremost is that together, they form a rather fashionable look for winter creatures with a taste for extraordinary watchmaking.
“From the piste to a gala evening, on snowshoe walks or at meals with family and friends, we hope that your Hublot Big Bang Alps will accompany you throughout the winter season. That’s why we’ve made it as versatile as possible.
As changeable as the Matterhorn itself, with a different face for every photo. The Art of Fusion technology and watchmaking expertise combine at the height of fashion and comfort,” commented Hublot CEO Ricardo Guadalupe.
