For the first time ever, the sustainability-championing hotel will be holding a Friends of Entier – Farmers Market, bringing together a host of farmers, small batch producers and artisans well-loved by the distinguished French restaurant and/or the luxury boutique hotel.

Start off with weekend brunch…
Why not kick off your Sunday with a hearty brunch while you’re at the hotel? On the ground floor, Botanica + Co will be serving a Festive Seasonal Menu with seasonal favourites including roasts and a traditional hot mulled wine, on top of its usual weekend brunch menu.
Over at Level 41, Entier is set to satisfy your appetite with its Caviar & Waffle Special weekend brunch menu, as well as a Farmers Brunch Menu just for the occasion.

…then shop away for fresh produce and artisanal goods
After a fulfilling brunch, explore an extensive range of participating brands with a side of the hotel’s famed pool views. Among the gourmet food producers to check out are Chocolate Concierge, Delia Wines and Milky Whey Cheese, to name a few.
For fresh produce, brands like Langit Collective, Mutiara Figs, and T’Lur Tropical Caviar will get your pantry ready for a delectable Christmas. To spruce up your home, you can stop by the Lilin + Co booth to shop scented candles or The Artisan House to pick up unique décor items.

…and end with a Happy Hour treat!
Also happening all-day-long are Happy Hour promos at both Pacific Standard and The Pool Bar. The former 1960s vintage Hollywood bar will be featuring festive cocktails in the spirit of Christmas, to savour alongside Southern Rock Seafood’s freshly shucked oysters and cold seafood cuts or T’Lur Tropical Caviar’s locally produced caviar.
Alternatively, you can enjoy tiki cocktails by the pool where Botanica Deli will be serving a selection of sweet and savoury delights. PPP Coffee will also be on deck to hand-pull artisanal brews, if coffee is more up your alley.
