All December, the TWG Tea Christmas menu is injecting intrigue into its three-part meal with a curation of festive tea flavours.
Your feast could begin with a creamy pan-seared foie gras lasagne with wild mushroom mousse infused with White Christmas tea, and candied orange and wild berry melange. Alternatively, opt to enjoy a TWG tea bun with spiced green pea soup, or a Lemon Bush Tea seafood trio of Hokkaido scallop, poached king prawns, and peppered yellow fin tuna.
Choose from duck, beef, or fish for your main course, each prepared to five-star perfection and infused with French Earl Grey, Red Christmas Tea, and Vanilla Bourbon Tea respectively.
To end on a sweet note, expect a red-and-brown Christmas yule log, delightful in both presentation and flavour. This is a three-part menu rich in choices and tea, celebrating that time of year that warms each heart and body.
