Following Kylie Jenner and Rihanna’s industry-shaking success with their respective makeup brands, Kylie Cosmetics and Fenty Beauty, even more celebrities have joined the ranks to reap a slice of the multibillion-dollar beauty market.
There’s Jessica Alba with Honest Beauty, Drew Barrymore with Flower Beauty and Gwyneth Palthrow with Goop, to name a few examples; but the list doesn’t stop there.

Lady Gaga – Haus Laboratories
Singer-songwriter and ‘A Star is Born’ actress Lady Gaga added beauty entrepreneur to her resume with the launch of Haus Laboratories in July. The brand currently offers a range of multipurpose eyeshadows, lip liners and lip glosses aimed at promoting self-love through self-expression. Ariana Grande – Thank U, Next
After expanding her horizons in the fashion scene as the new face of Givenchy, this Grammy Award-winning artist went on to trademark the name of her hit song ‘Thank U, Next’ for an upcoming cosmetics label. This news comes in conjunction with the launch of an EDP by the same name, available at Ulta starting this month. The heartbreak-shaped fragrance will soon be joined by body lotions, bath gels, body scrubs and body mists under her new label. W ultabeauty.com
Millie Bobby Brown – florence by mills
She may only be 15, but this Stranger Things star is on the fast track to a booming career. The British actress recently launched her beauty label, florence by mills (spelled in small caps, Gen Z-style), named after her beloved grandmother. “Every young person deserves to have a good start with their skin,” she said when introducing her vegan, cruelty-free brand on Instagram. Targeted at teens like herself, the brand currently carries a range of concealers and blushes, as well as a face wash, a peel-off mask, a moisturiser, an eye balm, a brow gel, a face mist, a lip oil and glow wipes. Victoria Beckham has confirmed that she will finally be launching her own beauty label, after two successful collaborations with Estee Lauder. No official dates have been announced yet, but it will most likely be available some time this autumn. The former Spice Girl turned fashion designer has also remained tight-lipped about the product range, aside from a vague hint that it will comprise of “must-have items in makeup, skin care, fragrance and wellness that I feel I need in my own life.” We’ll definitely be keeping our eyes peeled on her website for updates. Pony Park – MAC X Pony Park
Any self-professed K-Beauty junkie will be familiar (if not obsessed) with Korean makeup artist Pony, aka Park Hye Min. And if you’re not, now’s a good time to start following the multi-talented star because her tarot-card inspired collaboration with MAC is a collector’s dream. Set to launch on 3rd September, the 17-piece line will include nine matte lipsticks, a plumping lip gloss, an eyeshadow palette, a mega-watt highlighter, face brushes and a shimmery setting spray. Jennifer Lopez skincare
Despite the fact that she just turned 50 last month, J.Lo admits she still gets questions about her glowing skin all the time. Well, soon enough, we’ll get the answer – and hopefully, the same results – with the debut of her skincare line. The fashion and beauty icon casually let slip during an interview last year that she will releasing the line late 2019, saying: “I want it to be something that encompasses all the things I’ve learned and all the secrets I have. And it doesn’t have anything to do with needles.”
Kylie Jenner – Kylie Skin
While far from a newcomer to the industry, Kylie has more in store for beauty addicts than just makeup. Last May, she launched Kylie Skin, the skincare counterpart of Kylie Cosmetics, featuring cruelty-free, gluten-free, sulphate-free, paraben-free and vegan products. The range comprises of everything from cleanser to serum to moisturiser, sold individually or in sets.
