Skincare aside, lifestyle is undeniably an important factor to maintain healthy skin. On that note, we were guided through a pilates session on the beach during the retreat to harness the ‘Source of Strength’ within us. Later that same afternoon, we set sail on a La Mer yacht complete with water slides and jet skis to let our hair down and soak in the vast ocean. We even had hand and shoulder massage treatments on board to thoroughly rejuvenate and relax ourselves – after all, self-care is just as vital to achieve healthy, glowing skin!
Speaking of company, we were joined by several local celebrities including Alvin Chong, Alicia Amin, Eyka Farhana, Liyana Jasmay, Zhen Ning, Chang Yong, and Shu Sen, among others. Suffice to say, we all tapped into the same Source of Strength that powers La Mer’s bestsellers and returned all the more energised from the trip.
