The third edition of the Wonderarium cocktail party will be held at the Omakase + Appreciate speakeasy bar in Kuala Lumpur on December 13th and 14th.

House of Martell and Babe by Jeff Ramsey are collaborating once more to present the third instalment of the Wonderarium series, this time with the addition of Karl Too, bartender at Omakase + Appreciate.

The third edition of the Wonderarium cocktail party will be held this year at the Omakase + Appreciate speakeasy bar in Kuala Lumpur on December 13th and 14th, to the setting of a midnight diner in Tokyo.

Guests will also be able to enjoy a deconstruction and reinterpretation of cocktails featuring Martell’s VSOP aged in Red Barrels, made by previous winners of the prestigious Bar Awards.

Signature Japanese-style tapas such as Halibut Sashimi with Nuta Miso, Pomelo and Prawn Tartlette and Truffled Wagyu Sukiyaki will be served, as none other than Chef Ramsey himself takes guests through the evening’s gastronomic journey.

The first cocktail of the evening will be the ‘Dive’, which will include Martell VSOP Aged in Red Barrels, Rectified Grape Juice, Endive and Miso, while the second cocktail called ‘Rad’ will feature Martell VSOP Aged in Red Barrels, Spiced Brazil Cold Brew, Grilled Radicchio and Soy.

Last but not least, the final cocktail called ‘Ze’ feature Martell VSOP Aged in Red Barrels, Dandelion Greens, Watermelon and Pistachio.

Of course one of the highlights of the evening will be the appearance of the famed Martell Trunk, which features a selection of the world’s best cognacs encased in a leather trunk, for the enjoyment and selection of Wonderarium guests.

The Wonderarium event at Omakase + Appreciate will cost RM100 for a menu of three cocktails and three canapés as well as an chance to experience the Martell Trunk.
