As a proudly French establishment, how will Chef Masashi Horiuchi’s brand of cuisine appeal to two Michelin starred French chefs? Watch and win dinner for two.
Food has long been a connector of cultures, one that feeds the body in its barest form, and fuels camaraderie on a higher social level. This season, we explore the role of food in our Asian culture in connecting people and forging friendships. We flew in Michelin starred chefs from Singapore and Bangkok to be part of our Malaysian eating cultures and share with them our dining scene – both street and fine – to exchange and learn how differently we eat and, more importantly, how much likeness we also share.
In this first episode, Entier French Dining, located on Level 41 of the posh Alila Bangsar Hotel, gets a visit from 2 Michelin starred Chef Arnaud Dunand Sauthier of Le Normandie Bangkok and 2 Michelin starred Chef Olivier Limousin of L’Atelier Joel Robuchon Bangkok.
With a name that means “entire” in French, the restaurant helmed by Chef Masashi Horiuchi, is all about serving foods in its entirety, from nose to tail. Nothing goes to waste, just as no quality is compromised in the restaurant.
As a proudly French establishment, how will Chef Masashi’s brand of cuisine perfected from decades of training in France, London and Singapore appeal to the two starred French chefs?
We are giving two (2) couples a chance to dine at Entier and sample this season’s menu, paired with Martell cognac. To be in the running to win, just follow these simple steps:
