It’s May and amongst the many celebrations that we have lined up, this one is the one we look forward to most. World Whisky Day, which falls on every third Sunday of May, gives us all the reasons to raise our glasses in a toast to some of the very best drams out there.
A global panel of journalists, spirit experts, distillers and bartenders blind-tasted over a thousand whisky brands as part of the World’s Best Whiskies 2019 awards, conducted by Whisky Magazine. The awards are an annual fair for the UK’s Whisky Magazine and this year the winners were announced after a fun 3-course dinner in London.
