The Masters of Light – From Vienna to Seoul exhibition officially opened late last week at the XYZ Seoul, with a celebration party attended by ambassador Kim Chaewon of LE SSERAFIM, and friends of Swarovski Sung Hanbin from ZEROBASEONE, actor Hwang In-Youp, and Thai actor Blue Pongtiwat Tangwancharoen.
The exhibition is spread across seven Chambers of Wonder, starting with the Time Chamber where the Swarovski Heritage Collection and 129 years of the house’s legacy can be explored.
The Future History Chamber are for the fashion history buffs and has on display crystal-embellished outfits made by global fashion icons and brands encompassing Armani, Alexander McQueen, Balenciaga, Fendi, and many more.
The Mathemagical Chamber houses more than 100,000 Swarovski Crystals in range of cuts, colours and shapes as well as recent jewellery-couture pieces created for the 2024 Met Gala.
For the pop culture enthusiast, the Pop Icons Chamber is not to be missed, putting stage, cinema, and red-carpet ensembles on display, including LE SSERAFIM’s custom Swarovski embellished outfits as worn in their Crazy music video. Also on display are costumes worn by pop’s biggest names including Harry Styles, Rihanna, Madonna and Kim Kardashian.
The Masters of Light – From Vienna to Seoul exhibition runs for one more week, till 30 October 2024. Entry is free of charge, and tickets can be booked through the Swarovski Kakao channel.
