Beauty addicts, get ready for a “super fun, highly coveted” illuminated makeup collection come early 2018!
German designer and Chanel creative director Karl Lagerfeld dips his toes into the beauty world once again with a collaboration with Australian cosmetic brand ModelCo to launch a new makeup collection in early 2018.
The limited edition Karl Lagerfeld + ModelCo makeup collection will be based on the “illuminated beauty” theme, which we hope will encompass the current beauty trend – highlighters.
The collection is expected to be one of the most highly anticipated couture collections next year alongside the Rihanna Fenty Beauty makeup line.
Though the details remain vague, Shelley Sullivan, founder and CEO of ModelCo says, “This super fun, highly coveted and collectible collection will combine our high-quality formulas and innovative, technical packaging with Karl Lagerfeld’s unmistakable artistic aesthetic that’s sophisticated, modern and cool.”
The collection will be available at all Lagerfeld stores and selected beauty retailers worldwide, as well as on KARL.com and ModelCo’s website.
