This year’s festival is to be headlined by Lana Del Rey on Friday; Tyler, The Creator on Saturday; and Doja Cat on Sunday.
The lineup:
Bringing the festival to a whole new level, an enthralling performers galore will join the main three acts.
The lineup of this year’s Coachella flaunts some much-appreciated diversity, featuring a plethora of music genres and global representation. A moment to accent some Asian pride: South Korean acts including girl group LE SSERAFIM and indie-rock band The Rose are set to perform on the festival’s stage. Indian Carnatic vocalist Sid Sriram and Indo-Canadian singer-rapper AP Dhillon will also be playing at the event.
For lovers of rap and R&B, you have Lil Uzi Vert, Skepta, Lil Yachty and NAV and more. As for those who are big on pop, get ready to sway to the tunes of Suki Waterhouse, Sabrina Carpenter, Grimes, Bebe Rexha, YOASOBI and Reneé Rapp, among others. Fans of 80s rock will be delighted to know that the legendary Gwen Stefani-led rock band, No Doubt, will be returning to stage for the first time since 2015.

The 23rd Coachella festival will take place over two weekends: April 12-14 and April 19-21, 2024.
The location:
Coachella’s home is situated in Indio, California, on the grounds of the 1000-acre Empire Polo Club. It would take around a half hour drive to popular desert resort city, Palm Springs should you wish to book a stay there.
The tickets:
Needless to say, Coachella tickets can prove quite the cost given its massive popularity. Yet, the music festival has never ceased to please and amaze fans – so, it’ll be an investment you could ponder over.
There are three tiers of passes: General Admission starting from approximately MYR 2,362 (US$499). Then there are the General Admission + Shuttle tickets begin at MYR 2,906 (US$614) and VIP passes cost upwards of MYR 5,060 (US$1,069). Should you be interested in camping at the valley, you will also need to purchase a camping pass, prices for which begin at MYR 705 (US$149).
While the festival’s Weekend 1 tickets have all fully sold out, the sales for all three tiers of Weekend 2 passes are officially live on the Coachella website. The passes are selling out quickly – so if Coachella’s on your bucket list, now is the best time to make the coveted purchase.
