As you eagerly await for bookings to open, here’s what will be in store on the ship, as Disney Cruise Line reveals the many different activities and experiences that await on board the Disney Adventure, each tailored to the needs of their guests and fans of some of Disney’s most loved universes across the Disney, Pixar and Marvel properties.
All-new attractions to debut on the Adventure
Plus, the Disney Adventure will also feature the premiere of three all-new Disney attractions on its upper deck, all of which are situated in Marvel Landing, the new adventure zone based on the Marvel superheroes and their stories. Of the three is the world’s largest rollercoaster at sea, the Ironcycle Test Run, which is a 250-meter-long high-speed coaster that will have riders suspended up to nine meters in the air at one point.
Including Marvel Landing, the Disney Adventure will have seven themed zones across the ship’s decks, one of which is the Toy Story Place on the upper deck complete with a water playland for young children to enjoy. There’s also the Big Hero Six-inspired, San Fransokyo Street, Moana’s Wayfinder Bay, the Disney Princess’ Town Square, the Disney Discovery Reef at the back of the ship, and finally the Disney Imagination Garden in the ship’s heart – and where your holiday at sea will begin.
Dining at sea the Disney way
When it comes to food, the Disney Adventure features several signature concepts and themed restaurants, as well as quick service options for your snack needs. Included in your voyage itinerary is the rotational dining concept that’s signature to all Disney Cruise Line voyages, where you will experience three distinctly Disney dining spots.
For your first night, choose from the two entertainment restaurants: Navigator’s Club or the Hollywood Spotlight Club. You’ll also dine in either the Animator’s Palate or the Animator’s Table, both experiences offering an immersive dinner that will see the room, table and meals coming to life.
And finally, the Enchanted Summer Restaurant and the Pixar Market Restaurant are your mainstay options, which will serve buffet-style breakfast and lunch daily, and then a table-service dinner at night throughout the voyage.
Facilities fit for the whole family
As is fitting for a cruise ship of Disney Adventure’s size, there are also several spaces, facilities and amenities on board for every guest to enjoy, whether you’re an adult, a teen or a wide-eyed child. For adults, you can choose from five different themed bars like the New Orleans-inspired Tiana’s Bayou Lounge or the sports bar vibes of Taverna Portorosso. These are in addition to the Palo Trattoria, which is premium dining Italian restaurant available exclusively for adults.
The younger kids also get a chance to enjoy their own time in the Disney’s Oceaneer Club, a signature space on Disney Cruise Line voyages designed for children between three and 10 years old. For the older teen and tweens in your family, the Vibe and Edge spaces are where they can hang out, play games and meet new friends while at sea.
And of course, the staterooms and cabins on the Disney Adventure also offers premium comfort to cradle you to sleep every night. Each room on the ship is decorated with magical details that makes it uniquely Disney, including original artwork inspired by the company’s many stories and worlds.
With all these places and activities available, the Disney Adventure is sure to be the most wonderful place on water for all aboard. Bookings for Disney Adventure’s voyages are set to open on 10 December 2024, while pricing details and sailing dates will be announced on 14 November 2024.
