The ‘Light of the Season’ festive period has arrived at Hilton Kuala Lumpur, bringing opportunities for celebration, reconnection and making new memories. At Vasco’s a festive buffet is at the ready with all the Christmas trimmings, starring dishes like honey glazed roast turkey and braised spring lamb shoulder, along with desserts like Christmas yule log cake and panettone pudding.

The Westin Kuala Lumpur is making this festive season a sweet one with this year’s Candyland Christmas themed dinner and brunch buffets. At The Living Room, an array of pastries, cookies and desserts will headline the culinary production, alongside an extensive selection of carefully curated main courses. The St. Regis Kuala Lumpur

This Christmas, The St. Regis Kuala Lumpur brings traditional Christmas fare to the forefront with dishes like roast turkey, roasted lamb rack served with apricot and chestnut stuffing, beef bacon-wrapped chicken sausages and duck-fat roasted potatoes. Available until 31 December 2021, the Festive Roasts are priced at RM699+ for each whole roasted turkey and signature lamb rack, and are available for order via Oddle.

On Christmas day, the team at The Brasserie pulls out all the stops with fresh seafood on ice, an oyster and caviar bar, roast turkey, pan-seared scallop, an assortment of cheeses and a Christmas dessert selection. At the Mandarin Oriental, a smorgasbord of festive dining options will leave you spoilt for choice this season. At the Mandarin Grill, sample the new French menu featuring Executive Chef Gérald Genson’s rendition of Le Duo de Foie Gras, Les Escargot, Le Filet de Boeuf Rossini and Le Boeuf Bourguignon, available until 31 December. Botanica+Co is overflowing with yuletide joy this season, with its festive dine in menu proudly featuring a Bo+Co Christmas Roast Platter of Chef Lim Tzer Chuan’s holiday favourites.
