Under the ongoing #BOSSTOGETHER campaign, Hugo Boss and Siti Li present an exclusive menu with 10% of proceeds to be donated to The Lost Food Project.
One thing remains certain through the unpredictable waves of COVID-19: we need to stick together and #SupportLocal businesses as much as possible to survive. With this in mind, Hugo Boss has launched a series of collaborations with different local F&B partners not only to help drive customers their way, but also to give back to the community.
Dubbed the #BOSSTOGETHER campaign, each collaboration will feature a BOSS Exclusive menu that will be available for order through the F&B partner’s platform(s) for a limited period of time. 10% of the proceeds from this menu will then be donated to The Lost Food Project – a Malaysian not-for-profit organisation that “rescues” food that would otherwise end up in the landfill and redistributes them to the hungry and needy.
Following the first partnership with Dewan 1958, the brand will be continuing its campaign with Siti Li Dining. Owned by female duo Siti Kader and Shareen Ramli, the restaurant cum specialty store offers classic Malay cuisine and a community space where customers can appreciate the essence of authentic Malay cooking while embracing the warmth of our sharing culture.
The collaboration comes in conjunction with the 20th anniversary of BOSS Womenswear and the 2nd anniversary of Siti Li. To celebrate women and their influence in bringing both brands thus far, they will also be co-hosting an appreciation luncheon to honor everyday female heroes.
“We look forward to women supporting women; a calling that most forge with an innate instinct to persevere and maternally nurture when there is need.”
“This month, we pay homage to the strength, passion and tenacity of the women who made it all possible in celebration of BOSS Womenswear’s 20th anniversary. The collaboration with Siti Li Dining comes at a timely moment. Especially in times of crisis, it is important to show solidarity and support. We take our commitment towards supporting local community seriously and we are proud to share that our BOSSTOGETHER initiative has grown regionally and will continue to do so,” says Steven Lam, managing director of HUGO BOSS South East Asia Pte Ltd.
“We look forward to women supporting women; a calling that most forge with an innate instinct to persevere and maternally nurture when there is need,” adds Siti and Shareen. “Sharing is in our blood and Siti Li’s ethos. In sharing the strive in ensuring our community survives, we are proud to present you the essence of sharing berhidang orang Melayu in our collaboration with BOSS.”
Among the highlights to expect from the BOSS X Siti Li Dining menu include Cucur Udang or Cucur Bawang, Nasi Briyani Berhidang, Cekodok Comel and Kek Cempedak. Catering for 2 pax, the menu is priced at RM200++ per set – inclusive of a limited-edition printed traditional batik Siti Li napkin and a RM100 BOSS Voucher.
