1. Day For It, Cyberjaya

A cosy café set up by a Malaysian couple who made their way home from Dublin.

This cafe is the passion project of a Malaysian husband-and-wife duo who recently returned home after spending time living in Ireland, and the space channels a warm, inviting aesthetic that reflects their travels.

You can choose from 3fe’s exclusive El Salvador La Ilusión or Nicaragua El Limoncillo beans, as well as local roasts from Simple Matter Coffee Co.

The menu is intentionally concise, emphasising expertly prepared espresso paired with signature, freshly baked madeleines.

2. Sept, Seksyen 17

Founded by the creators of N.I.C.E. Bistronome and THB Bistronome.

Building on their success in Petaling Jaya, the creators of N.I.C.E. Bistronome and THB Bistronome have launched Sept – a sunlit cafe-bistro inside Seventeen Mall, Section 17.

Swing by in the afternoon for sandos and stir-fried udon, or stop by after dusk when the kitchen serves up sushi rolls and rice bowls.

Sept is a lively, inviting spot that feels just right for a casual lunch or a relaxed dinner date.

3. Bukchon Street, Chow Kit

Bukchon Street has brought a slice of the historic Bukchon Hanok Village right to The Row KL.

Bukchon Street is a new Korean hideout nestled within The Row KL in Chow Kit. Inspired by the historic architecture and winding paths of Bukchon Hanok Village, the space offers a welcoming retreat from the city’s bustle.

The menu features upgraded versions of street food favourites, like charred dak-kkochi, which are juicy chicken and scallion skewers, and sweet, pan-fried hotteok that bring out the flavours of real Korean comfort food.
