For the first time ever, FirstClasse celebrated the launch of FC Supperclub in collaboration with travel partners Hospitality 360, Wyndham Garden Shahzan Frasers Hill, GoLuxury.Travel, and COMO Uma Paro Bhutan.
Born from an appreciation for the finer things in life, FC Supperclub aims to bring together like-minded individuals, brands, and partners to indulge in an exclusive, intimate dining experience that celebrates good food and drinks, as well as great company. Held over two nights at Studio Restaurant, the debut of FC Supperclub started off with a mingling session fueled by wine and camaraderie.
The first night commenced with a preview of the new Wyndham Garden Shahzan Frasers Hill, presented by President and Group CEO of Hospitality 360 Dato’ Sri Naresh Mohan. Set amidst the lush Pahang rainforest, the recently opened hotel offers an ideal getaway for families to unwind and relax in nature’s embrace.
Then, the second night transported guests to Bhutan, courtesy of GoLuxury.Travel – a boutique travel agency that partners with COMO Uma Paro Bhutan to showcase the cultural sights and wonders of the beautiful country. Perched on a hillside overlooking the small town of Paro, the 5-star hotel promises a luxurious stay in the heart of the rugged wilderness of Bhutan – a culturally rich, Buddhist Himalayan kingdom.

The culinary team at Studio Restaurant prepared a thoughtfully curated menu for guests at FC Supperclub. Go Luxury Travel offers tailored packages to Bhutan in partnership with COMO Bhutan. In keeping with the supperclub theme, both nights were highlighted by a 6-course menu carefully prepared by Chef Christian Recomio and his culinary team. Paying homage to Chef Recomio’s Scottish roots, the menu featured ingredients sourced from his home country, such as the Loch Duart Salmon, which paired wonderfully with vin jaune and clams. There were also dishes inspired by his culture, like Tattie Scones – a delicious potato pancake served with jus gras and rosemary mascarpone.
