For Day 3 of our Christmas House Party, we’re giving away an unforgettable one Michelin-starred dining experience for two at DC Restaurant. This exclusive meal, complemented with two glasses of Dom Perignon 2015, is crafted specially for FirstClasse’s 12 Days of Christmas 2025, featuring a festive menu that showcases Chef Darren Chin’s French culinary precision.
The experience begins with freshly baked breads and pastries served with luxurious caviar butter, setting the tone for the evening. Expect inventive signatures like the Akami tuna with wasabi ice cream and nori crisp, and the elegant Roe Crab Cheong Fun, layered with kani miso and finished with aromatic perilla. Diners will also savour the cult-favourite “Echo of the Sea”, alongside exquisite plates such as Ofunato Bay scallops with abalone liver beurre noisette, which is a perfect example of Chef Darren’s terroir-driven approach.
For the main course, winners may choose between the slow-roasted rack of lamb, the fish of the day with nduja crust, or the beautifully layered Foshan quail with foie gras.
