Actor, director, model and producer Zoë Kravitz can now count herself among OMEGA’s impressive roster of powerful female brand ambassadors such as Nicole Kidman, Cindy Crawford, Kaia Gerber, and Liu Shishi. The announcement of Kravitz as the Swiss watch brand’s newest face comes just days after South Korean actress So-Hee Han also joined the distinguished list of celebrity ambassadors.
Having impressed audiences far and wide with her performance in a diverse range of acclaimed major motion picture films and notable independent releases, Kravitz is recognised for her talent and youthful, confident style as OMEGA welcomes her into the fold.
OMEGA President and CEO Mr. Raynald Aeschliman described her as “an extremely talented young woman with an admirable drive and determination to succeed on her own terms”, celebrating the new partnership as “the next exciting move in our commitment to reach an emerging generation who are reinventing the idea of luxury”.
The 33-year-old multi-hyphenate has already racked up a number of noteworthy credits in her career, from starring in productions like The Batman, Mad Max, Fantastic Beasts, and the EMMY® Award-winning series Big Little Lies, to executive producing and acting in the series adaption of High Fidelity for Hulu. On top of that, she will be making her directorial debut this year with the upcoming feature film, Pussy Island.
“I love the adventurous spirit of OMEGA. That willingness to take risks and try something new, without sacrificing the integrity of the brand. It’s rare and I’m happy and proud to be part of the family,” said Kravitz in a statement.
She added: “OMEGA’s approach to women’s watchmaking is to create something perfect and precise. Beautiful for sure, but not just a pretty accessory. That’s a great attitude and I’m proud to wear these beautiful timepieces”.
