For the first time ever, the collection includes two creations crafted in rose gold and set with pink sapphires.
To celebrate the arrival of spring, Van Cleef and Arpels has added 8 new creations to the Frivole collection. A poetic ode to vitality and diversity of nature, the new collection features a novel aesthetic characterised by a combination of different-sized corollas.
There are two creations made with polished yellow gold: one a 7-flower bracelet with heart-shaped petals which unfurl around one or three diamonds; and the other a secret watch with a diamond-paved dial framed by a bouquet of superimposed petals.
Highlighting the range are two transformable pieces, each made with white gold and paved with diamonds. The first is a large-format pendant which can be worn with a white gold chain as a necklace, or as a clip on the hair or clothing. Another is a bracelet watch with a precious diamond-pavel dial surrounded by pivoting corollas, which metamorphosises into a clip pendant.
In addition, a new white gold 5-flower bracelet has been added to match the collection’s 9-flower necklace. Also crafted from white gold is a Between the Finger Ring, offering a sense of asymmetry with three mirror-polished white gold flowers in dialogue with an opposing single diamond-paved flower.
For the first time ever, the collection includes two creations crafted in rose gold and set with pink sapphires. Arriving in a matching set of earrings and a necklace, the pieces exude fresh femininity highlighted by diamond-set petals with a dazzling pink sapphire at the center.
Further accentuating the beauty of the collection is the Maison’s prized mirror-polishing technique that creates eye-catching, intense reflections. The diamonds used in the collection have also been meticulously chosen by the Maison based on the strictest criteria: D to F for colour and IF to VVS for clarity.
The resulting collection is one that captures the beauty of springtime with its elegant floral blooms and exquisite craftmanship.
