3. 90D

90D is less a restaurant and more a time-bound experience that exists only for 90 days from 1 April to 2 August 2026. Labelled a “limited edition dinner party,” the concept brings together taste, light, and sound in a raw space transformed into an immersive dining stage, where each element is carefully orchestrated to unfold in tandem. Helmed by chef Toraik Chua – formerly of three-Michelin-starred Zén Singapore – the eight-course menu is delivered with fine-dining precision, while a striking light installation by Jun Ong anchors the room. Ephemeral by design, 90D leans into the idea of impermanence: here for a moment, and never again.
