Commemorating six outstanding years of culinary excellence, Sushi Hibiki is bringing back its highly anticipated collaboration series, Echo In The Night. This edition of the unique series brings together top sushi chefs from across the world for a rare convergence of culinary talent, celebrating both tradition and innovation in sushi making.
Previously, this series has featured esteemed partners such as Fisherman Japan, DC Restaurant, Hakkoku, and Kuheiji, which cements Sushi Hibiki’s reputation for curating unforgettable dining experiences. This time around, eight renowned chefs, including Michelin-starred chefs, will make an appearance for Echo In The Night.

These chefs include Masahiro Sugiyama from Hōseki, Bulgari Resort Dubai; Randy Noprapa from Fillets, Bangkok; Shimpei Hatanaka from Saké Restaurant & Bar, Sydney; Hiroyuki Sato from Hakkoku, Tokyo; Yuya Nishimura from Sushi Yuden, Osaka; Toshihide Terado from Azabu & The Den, New York; Kenjiro Hashida from Hashida, Tokyo & Singapore; and Makoto Saito Sam from Sushi Hibiki, Kuala Lumpur.
Together, these world-class chefs, with their diverse culinary styles and backgrounds, promise an array of meticulously crafted sushi dishes that reflect their expertise and creativity. Aside from satisfying the palate, the extraordinary event extends sushi aficionados a deeper appreciation for the craftsmanship behind each bite-sized masterpiece.

Seats are limited to only 18 per session, and guests will enjoy a personalised dining experience that highlights the intricate art of sushi. Throughout each session, four master sushi chefs will be in rotation, ensuring a dynamic and varied selection over the two-hour dining experience which will include three to four pieces of sushi and one to two dishes from each chef.

The Echo In The Night: Anniversary Special by Sushi Hibiki will be taking place from 31st August to 8th September 2024 with afternoon and evening sessions available, and is priced at RM1,680++ per pax. For those who wish to dine in more privacy, a private room for four to six pax is also available at RM1,888++ per person.
