President and Founder Roberto Coin announced the charity campaign at the brand’s first boutique in Starhill Gallery, spanning 150 square meters of opulent retail space.
Roberto Coin – the jewellery brand worn by A-listers such as Oprah Winfrey, Michele Obama, Selena Gomez and more – finally makes its debut in Malaysia, marking the occasion with a Limited Edition Dog Pendant in partnership with SPCA Selangor.
President and Founder Roberto Coin announced the charity campaign at the brand’s first boutique in Starhill Gallery, spanning 150 square meters of opulent retail space.
“With our first appearance in Malaysia, we were inspired to design a special piece that would create a legacy of giving back to society. We hope that with this pendant, it will shine a light of hope for the efforts made by SPCA Selangor in creating a more animal loving society,” Coin said.
Only 38 pieces of the limited edition dog pendant is available, retailing at RM2,018 each (a deliberate reference to this year’s Chinese zodiac).
The launch was graced by the presence of HE Cristiano Maggipinto, the Italian Ambassador to Malaysia; Tan Sri Dr Francis Yeoh, Managing Director of YTL Corporation Bhd; Christine Chin, Chairman of SPCA Selangor as well as esteemed members from SCPA Selangor.
Guests were treated to champagne and canapes while given a tour around the boutique, which showcases some of the brand’s most iconic collections such as Pois Moi (awarded as the Best Italian Collection in the world), Black Jade, New Barocco, and Princess.
