The Paris 2024 Olympic Games presented an exhilarating two weeks of sporting action and united Malaysians the world over as we cheered on the Malaysia flag in the global arena.
For this year’s games, Malaysia is the proud winner of a couple of bronze medals in the badminton arena. The first bronze medal was pocketed by our badminton men’s doubles duo Aaron Chia and Soh Wooi Yik, while our single’s player Lee Zii Jia also produced an extraordinary feat to secure the third spot.
Currently, Malaysia has a total of 15 medals from over the years, comprising eight silver and seven bronze, won by 15 athletes in three sports over seven Olympic Games.
