Flycycle Rooftop Ride
Flycycle, the revolutionary indoor spinning class, made it happen – working out to the views of the KLCC Twin Towers on the rooftop of Avenue K. For a full week, sweating it out has never been so ‘high’ adrenaline as Flycycle moved its bikes and trainers to the rooftop space and got participants to engage in its brand of cardio spin workouts combined with weight workouts, neon lighting and the latest beats with generous views of the city. To top it all off, Heineken took over on the last two days of the event with ‘The Takeover’ with free beer while food and a live DJ set the mood to end a full week of workout fun with a real bang. These are the highlights.
