While Christmas has always been a time of giving and sharing, it’s also the holiday where “treat yourself” rings especially louder – especially given what we’ve endured in 2020.
One of the ways we treat ourselves is with an advent calendar. Whether it’s a 24-day or 12-day calendar it’s always great fun to wake up every morning and find out what little treats hide behind each door and window. Most, if not all advent calendar are usually comprised of travel-sized goodies and products, with a few full-sized products thrown in to add to the value.
Then there’s Chronext. This year, the Swiss luxury online watch marketplace has created a unique and the world’s most expensive advent calendar ever created – a large wooden cabinet measuring 1.77 metres in height, with a glossy black piano lacquer finish hiding a careful curation of luxury watches behind 24 illuminated doors. Yes, you read that right.

According to Chronext on their website, they’ll also be offering exclusive models from Rolex, Arnold & Son, and Vacheron Constantin.
