The esteemed French fashion house, Louis Vuitton and Pharrell Williams, has made an exciting announcement that is set to captivate the world – chosen the enchanting Avenue of Stars in Hong Kong as the official venue for their Louis Vuitton Menswear Pre-Fall 2024 Show. 

Scheduled to take place on the 30th of November, 2023, this decision not only showcases the brand’s global recognition but also pays homage to the iconic figures of East Asian cinema, like the legendary Bruce Lee and the talented Anita Muim.

In a grand gesture of support, K11 Group revealed this momentous news with collaboration involving the participation of K11 MUSEA, K11 Victoria Dockside, Culture, Sport and Tourism Bureau (CSTB), Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD), and the Hong Kong Tourism Board. Together, they aim to create an extraordinary runway show that seamlessly blends cultures, commerce, and the rich tapestry of the region’s cultural heritage.

Louis Vuitton’s decision to showcase its Menswear Pre-Fall 2024 Collection in Hong Kong is set to reinforce the city’s reputation as a prominent hub for art and culture. This move will not only solidify Hong Kong’s position as a thriving economic powerhouse but also establish it as one of the world’s leading fashion capitals. 

Adrian Cheng, the Founder and Chairman of K11 Group and Chairman of the Hong Kong Mega Arts and Cultural Events Committee, expressed his excitement stating, “Hong Kong’s revival is an inspiring journey, a spirit synonymous with the house of Louis Vuitton, who we are thrilled to partner with for such a momentous event. The iconic fashion house’s Pre-Fall 2024 menswear collection will soon debut and usher in a new era of art, culture, and style.” 

The Maison has a history of making its mark in Hong Kong, in 2009,  Louis Vuitton: A Passion for Creation exhibition was held in collaboration with artist Richard Prince, where they transformed the Hong Kong Museum Art with replicas of pulp-fiction novel covers. Building on this success, Louis Vuitton later hosted another exhibition called “Time Capsule” in 2017, further solidifying its presence in the city. 

Louis Vuitton Menswear 2024 Pre-Fall will be broadcast live from Avenue of Stars, Hong Kong on 30th November, 2023.
