This includes a lavish stay in decorated suites across three different room sizes: the Spectacular Room, Cool Corner or Marvellous Suite. Encapsulating this luxurious hotel experience would be a beautifully decorated suite with balloon arrangements, Moët & Chandon plush bathrobes (that you can bring home with you!), a Christmas hamper, as well as Moët & Chandon bespoke goodies such as a flower bouquet and macarons.
Each stay, depending on the room you choose to stay at gets you extra surprises, ranging from a complimentary hi-tea at WOOBAR where you can unwind in style and toast to life with a bottle of Moët & Chandon and canapés to a coin to claim a mini Moët at the vending machine. Guests are also welcome to create a cherished memento: a personalised keepsake bottle of Moët & Chandon.
Beyond the rooms, other sparkling spots around the hotel include an adorned lift, the very first Moët & Chandon champagne vending machine in a hotel in Kuala Lumpur (where you can claim your bottle of mini Moët with one of the room stays), and other vibrant festivities at the WET® Deck. Every Saturday throughout December, party under the stars against the breathtaking backdrop of the Petronas Twin Towers with a glass of Moët. Or better yet – revel in the exciting view of fireworks and the celebratory spirit on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve nights itself.
TOASTING WITH A LIMITED EDITION BOTTLE OF MOËT & CHANDON
This year is a special one for the Maison as it wraps up its 280th anniversary. And one of the festive offerings is the new limited edition champagne bottle in white and gold, depicting the golden sparkles and bubbles, much like the effervescent bubbles in a champagne flute.
The two collections in Moët & Chandon’s portfolio that come in this design are the signature Moët Impérial and the delicate Moët Rosé Impérial. As the signature champagne of the house, the Moët Impérial is blended from same-year and reserve wines translating to a blend of about 100 to 150 different wines in a champagne. It has a light freshness with a balance between acidity and fruitiness that pairs harmoniously with holiday feasts such as roast meats or fish, or a crunchy shrimp tempura appetiser with caviar. The Rosé Impérial however, combines about 45% of Pinot Noir, 40% Meunier and 15% Chardonnay – resulting in a delicate balance of supple and rounded red wines. It makes an ideal pairing with simple yet intensely flavoured dishes such as grilled red meats, tuna, legumes and black olives.
