This year, only for a limited time, the Nespresso Professional’s Limited Edition Congo Organic returns to provide refreshing coffee experiences to coffee devotees who prefer a sumptuous silky-textured cup of coffee packed with fruity aromatic notes and a distinctive, delicate touch of sweet cereals and nuts.
To celebrate the return, Nespresso collaborates with M Resort & Hotel Kuala Lumpur to develop a line-up of Congo Organic-themed menu that capture the idea of restoration and sustainability.
Quackling Delight (RM45 nett)
The delicious flavor of crispy duck breast simmered with the full-bodied Nespresso Congo Organic can be discovered in Quackling Delight. The smooth organic coffee gives the protein a distinctive, soft texture, which is enhanced with fascinating components like pickled cucumber, filo crisp, pumpkin puree, and basil oil, and finished with coffee-infused sauce for a delectable gastronomic experience.
Ter-rib-fic (RM110 nett)
Ter-rib-fic spotlights the luxurious tenderness of the short rib; each bite reveals the distinctive fruity and flowery aromatic notes of the Nespresso Congo Organic. It comes with creamy and tangy gorgonzola polenta, crispy kale, braised vegetables and coffee-infused sauce.
Wooly Wonder (RM120 nett)
The coffee macadamia coconut and lamb rack flavors are wonderfully balanced in Wooly Wonder, where the peculiar toasted cereal and biscuity note of the Nespresso Congo Organic gives a distinctive flavor to the succulent rack of lamb. The meal includes braised baby carrots, mashed garlic, and a coffee-infused sauce.
Congo Organic-infused Tai Tai Afternoon Tea Set (RM138 nett)
There’s always a good reason to take a midday break, and the Coffee-infused Tai Tai Afternoon Tea Set is one of them. From scones with coffee-infused chantilly cream to steaming man tao topped with Congo Organic-based duck confit and other delectables, this afternoon tea set offers the ideal balance of sweet and savory. The lovely pastries come with a complement of two cups of Nespresso Limited Edition Congo Organic coffee.
The three dishes – Quackling Delight, Ter-rib-fic and Wooly Wonder – are available from 15 to 30 June 2023, while the Coffee-infused Tai Tai Afternoon Tea Set is available for a month long from 15 June 2023 onwards.
Coffee lovers can indulge in the coffee-infused themed menus in Hive Bar & Lounge and Fairway Coffee House, located in M Resort & Hotel Kuala Lumpur. Customers are required to make a reservation at Fairway Coffee House (+603 7773 7690) and Hive Bar & Lounge (+603 7773 1665).
