And wearing a mask now is the perfect time for you to practice getting your eye makeup just right. Whether it’s perfecting that glamorous cut-crease or swapping out your usual black liner for a neon hue, here are a few looks you can try out while still staying safe.
Perfect your brow game

The most basic way to look fresh and put together while wearing a mask is to make sure you brow game is strong. Try going for a more natural brow look instead of bold and graphic shapes, since more focus will be placed on the area above your mask. You can use a brow pencil or eyeshadow to fill in any sparse areas to make your brows look fuller and more ‘complete’. If you’re already blessed with fluffy brows, then you can probably just get away with tweezing any stray hairs before keeping things neat with some clear brow gel.

Putting on lashings of mascara can really do wonders in creating a more eye-opening look. To avoid your mascara clumping, try removing excess product on a piece of tissue before application, and never pump your mascara wand. If you’re a bit short on lashes and prefer a more doll-like effect, you can even opt for a pair of natural-looking falsies to add some flair to your gaze without piling on the makeup.
