In anticipation of Fall 2021, Dior has reinvented some of its most iconic bags into miniature versions, dubbed the “Micro-Bag”.
Bags that have been shrunk down to size include the 30 Montaigne, the Dior Caro, the Saddle bag, and the classic Lady Dior. Measuring at four-by-three inches, it packs just enough space for the strictest of essentials.
However, don’t mistake its size as lacking, as the bags still pack all the luxurious detailing for their full-sized counterparts, such as the Signature branding including “CD” hardware on the strap, and a “D” charm at the closure on the Micro Saddle.
Available in red, black, and latte, the bags are also offered in soft sunny shades (perfect for summer) of rose des vents, sky blue, mint, and tundra green. The latter hues are also a celebration of some of the founding couturier’s favourite colours. For a more elegant touch, a resin pearl-adorned version of the Lady Dior bag is also being offered.
