Coachella has just ended, following weekend two’s performances that were undeniably an even bigger spectacle than the week before. On Friday night, Sabrina Carpenter brought out not one, but two special guests: Terry Crews and Madonna. Justin Bieber also shared his stage with SZA, Big Sean, and ‘One Less Lonely Girl’, Billie Eilish.
From the ‘Manchild’ singer’s Dior ensembles to Lisa’s Iris van Herpen couture, Coachella 2026 was a festival that extended far beyond music and pop culture moments – it was a vibrant fashion show. The closing weekend delivered no shortage of memorable outfits – here are just some of the best looks spotted on stage.
Sabrina Carpenter and Madonna

The headlining showgirl is first on the list, wearing five custom Dior outfits in new colourways and extra details from the previous weekend. Sabrina Carpenter began in a blinding microdress in blue, with a skirt noticeably shorter than in week one but aptly tailored for her demanding choreography numbers. She also debuted a sequinned hot pink dress, which featured cape-like sleeves that channelled retro pop star glamour.
Another standout look was her red sweatshirt embroidered with the Dior logo during her ‘Sugar Talking’ performance. She then switched to a black bralette with pearl strings and paired it with a fringe skirt. For the finishing touch, her last wardrobe change featured a white lace bodysuit complemented by a voluminous cape. She also styled it with drop earrings and white Christian Louboutin Mary Jane pumps.
Madonna surprised the crowd during Carpenter’s ‘Juno’ to sing ‘Vogue’ and ‘Like A Prayer’. She later revealed she was wearing the same corset, knee-high lace boots, and Gucci jacket from her Coachella appearance 20 years prior. Unfortunately, Madonna took to Instagram to share that her costume has gone missing, and she’s offering a reward for its safe return. The singer added, “These aren’t just clothes, they’re part of my history.”
Justin Bieber, Big Sean, SZA, and Billie Eilish

There was much to unpack from Justin Bieber’s second Coachella headlining set. Bieber wore a full look from Skylrk, his own brand, which saw sales skyrocket to US$5m during the first week alone. He welcomed multiple surprise guests to the stage throughout the night. The first was Big Sean, who joined in to perform their hits ‘As Long As You Love Me’ and ‘No Pressure’.
His second guest was Billie Eilish, who joined as the ‘One Less Lonely Girl’ while wearing a purple Nike x Supreme SS25 track jacket. The ‘Lunch’ singer – and a longtime self-proclaimed ‘Belieber’ – was seen swooning on her way to the stage and during the entire performance. Lastly, SZA joined Bieber for ‘Snooze’ and was dressed in an archival Balenciaga padded gilet denim hooded jacket.
Lisa (Lalisa Manobal)

Lisa made a striking entrance during her surprise appearance for ‘Bad Angel’ with Anyma. She wore a custom Omen gown by Iris Van Herpen. The Dutch couture house is known to fuse high fashion with technology, and the gown certainly did not disappoint.
Katseye

After wearing La Lune for last week’s Coachella, Katseye returned for their second set in fully bespoke looks by Agro Studio. The lingerie-inspired outfits were in nudes, pinks, bustles, various patterns, and feathers. In short, everything’s gnarly.
Zara Larsson

PinkPantheress welcomed Zara Larsson to perform the ‘Midnight Sun’ remix. The singer appeared in Agro Studio’s “Girls’ Trip” tee, a nod to her upcoming fifth studio album and its deluxe version, Midnight Sun: Girls Trip.
Addison Rae and Olivia Rodrigo

Adding to the list of surprise guests brought out at Coachella week two, Addison Rae invited Olivia Rodrigo to debut her new single, ‘drop dead’, live. Rodrigo stepped out in a custom R & M pink leather bra embellished with a bow and ruffles. The ‘driver’s license’ singer paired it with low-rise denim jeans, resulting in a Coachella-ready Y2K look.
Meanwhile, Addison Rae wore a glossy pink bra top and micro-shorts. She accessorised it with red fringes hanging from the hem, sheer red stockings, and glittery heels. To add another layer, she topped the look with an open purple hoodie, giving the outfit a more casual vibe.
BIGBANG

After #BangChella went viral during weekend one, BIGBANG returned with an even stronger stage presence for the second week. The group opted for multiple pieces from Enfants Riches Déprimés and Chrome Hearts for the first weekend. However, the highlight for the second week was G-Dragon’s custom Tanaka Daisuke jacket, which was fully studded with crystals.
