Travel and lifestyle accessory brand TUMI has collaborated with actor Chris Pratt on a unique travel bag collection for Asia Pacific and the Middle East. The collection was designed by Chris Pratt and TUMI Creative Director, Victor Sanz and is inspired by Chris’ personal packing style.
The special collection features a new 2-in-1 Backpack Duffel, travel cases, and a range of packing cubes and accessories to ease the packing process for your next journey.
TUMI has said that the new collection encompasses the brand’s design innovation, engineering and functionality. The collection’s aesthetic is defined by the striking orange accents that are found on all the travel bags – a signature colour chosen by Chris Pratt that will remain his exclusive colour for all his collaboration pieces.
The 2-in-1 Backpack Duffel has new design features such as the usage of recycled nylon in the body material and recycled PET in the lining material, as well as USB ports for charging on the go. This would be the first time ever TUMI has implemented a USB port in a bag style. The Backpack also has two special waterproof-lined pockets with air vents for shoes, wet clothing or a water bottle. It comes in sizes Large and Small.
The collection also includes two carry on cases for short trip travel. There are grab handles on the outside and the bottom of the cases for convenient movement and/or removal from the luggage carousel or onto the overhead compartment in airplanes. The packing cases also features USB charging ports for on-the-go charging convenience.
The collection also comes with a 15-inch water-resistant laptop case and a Reno Kit equipped with a waterproof U-zip pocket. The case is also water-resistant and there’s an external pocket for an umbrella or water bottle. The Reno Kit is another piece in the collection and it comes with a waterproof U-zip pocket which means that wet items can be kept contained and separate.
Complementing the travel cases are TUMI x Chris Pratt Packing Cubes in three different sizes. Useful and fun accessories such as the 17oz Bottle and TUMI x Chris Pratt Rubik’s Cube are additions to the collection that will meet all your travelling needs.
