The annual KL Restaurant Week returns for its third instalment

Kuala Lumpur’s vibrant food scene is set to ignite once again as KL Restaurant Week launches its third edition from October 11 to 27, 2024. Following the previous couple of successful outings, this year’s event promises a gastronomic feast like no other, with a record 37 restaurants participating over 17 days.

This year, KL Restaurant Week again lives up to its promise of providing diners with exceptional dining experiences at unbeatable prices. Fixed-price menus, crafted exclusively for the event, start at RM58 for lunch and RM78 for dinner – allowing everyone to indulge in top-tier cuisine without breaking the bank. With an extraordinary mix of established favourites and new culinary ventures, this edition of KL Restaurant Week promises to be the ultimate celebration of Kuala Lumpur’s dynamic food culture.

Originating from New York City in 1992, Restaurant Week has since spread globally, offering diners the chance to experience world-class culinary offerings at accessible prices. In Malaysia, KL Restaurant Week has become a highlight on the culinary calendar, following in the footsteps of other Asian cities like Hong Kong and Singapore. Each edition sees around 150,000 to 200,000 seats booked up – a testament to its popularity among food enthusiasts.

Michelin-selected gems such as Kayra, Sushi Masa, Wagyu Kappo Yoshida, and Tenmasa are among the exciting list of restaurants participating this year. These establishments, known for their culinary excellence, are joined by crowd favourites including Chateau Dionne, Mr. Chew’s Chino Latino, Amazonas, and Kenny Hills Bistro. In addition, newcomers such as Coast by Kayra, Fritz at Troika Sky Dining, and S.A.J Bistronomy by Leen’s will make their debut, adding fresh and exciting flavours to this year’s line-up.
