Piaget unveils Essence of Extraleganza high jewellery collection
For its 150th anniversary, Piaget reinvents itself through a hundred captivating pieces, where its savoir-faire is exhibited with cuff bracelets and necklaces adorned with rare gemstones. One such magnificent treasure is a V-shaped necklace, with an oval Madagascan blue sapphire of 13.05 carats sitting acting as its nucleus surrounded by gemstones including a double row of sapphires, tourmalines, and marquise-cut aquamarines encased by Palace Decor-engraved gold. An ear cuff and a ring complete the jewellery set, which isn’t merely for accessorising, but an investment for generations. W piaget.com

Since last year, multi-hyphenate Pharrell Williams has made headlines in the fashion world for being the Men’s creative director for Louis Vuitton. Now, he has turned his attention to producing an uber-cool yet timeless array of necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and rings inspired by the mythological Poseidon’s trident. This includes a chain link bracelet, a perpetual jewellery trend that allures attention to the wrist with an angular spear-shaped motif and softly contoured links crafted from 18k gold accompanied by fishtail-set pave diamonds for a striking look. Cartier releases Grain de Café Collection
A singular coffee bean first spawned a legendary collection by Jeanne Toussaint, the legendary Director of Fine Jewellery and muse of Louis Cartier. In the 1950s and 60s, Grace Kelly and Audrey Hepburn were often seen wearing pieces from the collection which has now been reinterpreted with a contemporary take with twelve dazzling creations. 30 artisans were employed to craft the pieces in 18k yellow, white, and rose gold, with gemstones adorning the tips of the coffee bean motifs. Its pièce de résistance is easily the reissue of the beloved 1955 Grain de Café necklace, set with 24 brilliant-cut diamonds and two princess-cut diamonds. W cartier.com
