Those missing New York in particular may find a temporary salve with Kate Spade New York’s ‘I LOVE NY’ capsule collection, a continuation of the brand’s love letter to the Big Apple.

Released as part of its fall collection, the brand is showing hometown love with a collection of bags and accessories that celebrates the state’s mosr iconic symbol – with a Kate Spade twist, of course.

The collection’s inspiration started with the late graphic designer Milton Glaser’s iconic logo, which he designed in 1977 in the back of a yellow taxi, and today represents travel across the entire Empire State. Continuing the brand’s love letter to New York, the fall collection celebrates the hopeful spirit of getting back into the groove of life, just what we need during these trying times.

The ‘I LOVE NY’ capsule puts the signature New York logo stitched on an oversized tote – a new silhouette for the brand aptly named Manhattan – as well as a 3-D moulded red leather apple bag, a crossbody, a zip pouch and Airpod cases. These pieces are complemented with other designs from the brand that reimagine classic New York staples, such as a jeweled apple and bag charms.
