Entier will be bringing together Chef Joakim Prat of London’s Maitre Choux, Chef Olivier Limousin of Bangkok’s L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon and its own Chef Masashi Horiuchi for one night only.
What happens when you put three exceptionally trained chefs – who also happen to be good old friends – behind the same kitchen? ‘A Night of Brilliance and Nostalgia’ is how Entier would name it, and it’s exactly what you can expect at the restaurant very soon.
For one night only on 28th November, Entier will be bringing together Chef Joakim Prat of London’s Maitre Choux, Chef Olivier Limousin of Bangkok’s L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon and its own Chef Masashi Horiuchi for a six-hand collaboration dinner.
This will be the trio’s first meeting since their apprenticeship at the renowned L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon in London exactly a decade ago. The seven-course degustation dinner will highlight classic French cuisine, top quality produce and extraordinary plating in respect of their roots.
Among the courses to expect include ox tongue risotto with fresh truffle and Mr Robuchon’s free-range quail stuffed with foie gras, served with potato purée and herb salad, just to name a few.
The exclusive dinner is priced at RM580+ per person, with wine pairing options available. A deposit of RM150 is required for confirmation of reservation. Seats are limited, so hurry to secure a spot!
