Last episode, we saw Chefs Johnson Ebenezer and Sri Charan, along with special guest Roen Cian, drop by Antara Restaurant for Chef Isadora Chai’s innovative manga degustation menu.
This episode, Chef Isadora visits an old friend – Chef Evert Onderbeke of Soleil in Damansara City Mall. She brings with her two guests – F&B entrepreneurs Bryan Loo and Ryan Yeoh.
Chef Evert thoughtfully crafts a four-course degustation menu for our guests this round, highlighted by his signature strength in seafood. Paired with it are also special Martell cocktails, one a refreshing Sparkling Martell made with Martell VSOP, Angostura bitters, tonic and soda water and the other, an Oriental-themed concoction of Martell XO, sourplum and orange peel.

This menu that Chef Isadora, Bryan and Ryan tried with special Martell cocktail pairings will be available for order at Soleil until October 8.
