Along with the introduction of their new Executive Pastry Chef, “Dessert Doctor” Brett Muller, Vasco’s at Hilton Kuala Lumpur will be running a special weekend high-tea buffet from 16th September 2017 to 15th October.
With over 23 years of experience in creating “sweet memoirs”, Chef Muller brings to the table popular favourites from his celebrated Café Noir Tiramisu, including mini raspberry Breton, Death by Chocolate and Vanilla Mille-Feuille.

Aside from the enticing desserts, diners can indulge in more savoury options at the Japanese corner inspired by the hotel’s signature Japanese restaurant Iketeru, Chinese corner inspired by Chynna, Indian corner, and live pasta station, Fresh is Best.
Fans of local fare can also find perennial Malaysian-favourites like chicken briyani, char kuey teow, and appam balik; while those with a Western palate will enjoy the sliced roast beef with caramelized onion, mini beef burgers, and fresh oven baked pizza, just to name a few.
