T Cannes Film Festival returned to France from 12th to 23rd May for its 79th annual event. With 22 movies competing for the Palme d’Or, actors, filmmakers, and producers turned up to impress. Fashion, beauty, and jewellery equally own their moments on the red carpet. One that stole the spotlight was jury member and actress Demi Moore, who styled pieces from maisons such as Gucci, Matières Fécales, and Jacquemus. Bella Hadid, the mainstay of Cannes Film Festival, went vintage in a yellow gold Lady-Datejust with champagne dial.

 

Gabrielle Caunesil – Piaget swinging sautoir

As one of Piaget’s most distinctive signatures, Caunesil draped the Piaget swinging sautoir to accessorise her black backless dress. At the centre of the watch is a 25.38-carat oval cabochon Zambian emerald, finished with a three-strand fringe and diamonds.

 

Colman Domingo – Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra 30mm stainless steel

Attending the premiere of Garance, Colman hit the red carpet wearing the Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra 30 mm in stainless steel. The model’s bezel houses 46 diamonds, highlighted by 11 diamond hour markers.

Always drawing attention for her red carpet looks, Odessa A’zion opted for the Chopard Happy Sport Tourbillon Joaillerie. The watch is studded with baguette-cut and trapeze-cut diamonds, strapped with a hand-stitched white alligator leather.

Canadian actor Théodore Pellerin wore the iconic Boucheron Reflet watch, first introduced in 1947. Known for its gadroon-lined case, the model added a hint of Parisian elegance to his suit and tie look.

 

Vin Diesel – Audemars Piguet code 11.59 starwheel

Fast and Furious actor Vin Diesel celebrated the 25th anniversary of the movie while wearing the Audemars Piguet Code 11.59 Starwheel. The futuristic design cases three circular hour-indicator satellite discs and a blue aventurine dial surface.

 

Ella Beau Travolta – Audemars Piguet Royal Oak mini frosted in white gold

John Travolta’s daughter, Ella Beau, stole the spotlight on the Cannes red carpet wearing the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Mini Frosted Gold in white gold. It is powered by the quartz movement, Calibre 2730.
