As the worlds of K-pop idols and luxury fashion brands become more and more porous, it seems only fitting that French fashion House Louis Vuitton has tapped the shoulder of Felix, a member of South Korean boy band Stray Kids, to become their latest House Ambassador.
The singer and the Maison have an already close-knit, existing relationship, as he’s been a front-row fixture at their runway presentations. Felix most recently attended the Louis Vuitton Prefall 2023 Women’s show in Seoul, a monumental fashion spectacle presented on the Jamsugyo Bridge that spans the Hangang River. He also attended this year’s House’s Cruise 2024 show which was presented on the Italian island of Isola Bella. Additionally, the Maison dressed him up for a performance at the music festival Lollapalooza in Paris.
“I am thrilled that Felix is joining Louis Vuitton as House Ambassador. I discovered Felix when I presented my pre-fall collection in Seoul,” says Nicolas Ghesquière, Louis Vuitton’s Artistic Director of Women’s Collections. “It instantly clicked between us. He is really talented. I love his energy, his unique personality and his audacious sense of style.”
This new global collaboration between Felix and Louis Vuitton certainly fosters new and exciting achievements.
