The Aurora Collection will feature 12 sets of jewellery pieces with original zirconia made by Swarovski.
Jewellery brand Aurora Italia will release a new collection in collaboration with Austrian jewellery company Swarovski early next year.
The new Aurora Collection jewellery line will feature 12 sets of jewellery pieces including earrings and necklaces that will be embellished with Zirconia by Swarovski. The collection will be launched in January 2020.
The original Swarvoski Zirconia will be marked with a laser engraving to ensure its authenticity.
Chief executive officer of Aurora Italia Datin Wira Yvonne Lim said that the collaboration is aimed at bringing Aurora Italia to the global stage.
“Swarovski is the [a leading brand] when it comes to jewellery, so we wanted to collaborate with the best,” Datin Wira added.
Datin Wira also shared that the collaboration on the Aurora Collection hopes to yield RM30 million in sales in 2020, and over RM100 million sales in 2021.
Aurora Italia hopes to open two new retail concepts stores in Malaysia next year, to add to its existing portfolio of five stores established in Penang, Kuala Lumpur and Kota Kinabalu. It also hopes to expand overseas to international markets such as Thailand, Indonesia and China in the near future.
The brand was set up in 2017 and specializes in premium jewellery at affordable prices. Meanwhile, Swarovski is a globally-renowned jewellery brand specializing in the manufacturing of crystals, gemstones, and zirconia.
