In order to provide an improved client experience, a seamless and direct connection to the brand, as well as improved accessibility, Florentine watchmaker Panerai has launched phone sales in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia.
Panerai watches and accessories are now only a phone call away, as customers can dial into the Panerai Client Relation Center (CRC) to communicate directly with the brand’s sales advisors.
Among the timepieces available for the phone sales, customers can also find watches and accessories that are offered exclusively online. E-commerce exclusive items include a series of three special camouflage straps, which are offered through phone sales from June onwards. Inspired by the uniform of the Italian Navy, the 3 special straps are made from black rubber shell and upcycled camouflaged fabrics, made to fit the Luminor 44mm watches.
“It is imperative for a brand like Panerai to remain in the forefront of an increasingly digital environment, infusing virtual experiences with a human touch,” said Jean-Marc Pontroué, the CEO of Panerai, in a statement. “While we unlock the value of the client discovery in our boutiques, we aim to deliver complementary services to new-gen clients in a way that they feel most comfortable – right in the comfort of their homes.”
Operations hours are from 10am – 7pm, Monday to Saturday. For more detail, Panerai may be contact via the following numbers: (Hong Kong) +852 8200 3033, (Singapore) +1800 429 8361, (Australia) +1800 271 037.
