New Balance, the world’s leading sports brand, has revealed the next instalment of its global ‘We Got Now’ campaign. Two-time NBA Champion Kawhi Leonard, singer-songwriter IU, English footballers Raheem Sterling and Bukayo Saka, and New Balance’s newest ambassador, Grammy-nominated artist Jack Harlow, star in the 60-second spot.
The video includes three vignettes, one concentrating on Harlow and Leonard, the second on IU, and the third on Sterling and Saka, all of which will be released soon. The new spot is meant to highlight the joy of their craft in everyday moments – not just when they’re on the world’s biggest stages. These are the faces shaping the ‘now’ in the worlds of sport and culture, and the new spot is intended to highlight the joy of their craft in everyday moments – not just when they’re on the world’s biggest stages.
‘We Got Now’ is a rallying cry for a worldwide youth to bravely redefine themselves in pursuit of their passions, as New Balance believes in the power of now. Without waiting for permission, now is the time to invigorate culture and inspire good action. New Balance seeks to empower everyone to live life on their own terms, always in the moment, through its ties with athletes and ambassadors who aren’t afraid to change the game, question the system, and urge others to do the same.
“Through the continuation of our ‘We Got Now’ campaign, New Balance is challenging our ambassadors, athletes, and fans to come together in fun and meaningful ways,” says Chris Davis, CMO and Sr. Vice President of Merchandising. “When we allow ourselves the freedom to play in settings authentic to ourselves, there’s a liberating energy that comes from moving our bodies, showing off our skills, and doing something – whatever it may be – that we truly love.”
VMLY&R, a worldwide full-service marketing agency based in New York City, conceptualised and created the latest episode of the ‘We Got Now’ campaign.
Throughout 2022, ‘We Got Now’ will be available on NewBalance.com, New Balance’s social media channels, and in media placements around the world. Visit www.newbalance.com to discover more about the latest We Got Now campaign.
