Situated at the heart of Sera, the Mortlach Dining Room offers an intimate setting for up to 12 guests. Here, guests can immerse themselves in layers of intriguing complexity and savour the rich, luxurious depths of taste profiles found in Mortlach 12-Year-Old, Mortlach 16-Year-Old, and Mortlach 20-Year-Old.
The carefully curated menu, paying homage to traditional Italian dishes, features highlight such as Dry Aged Duck Breast paired with a sauce infused with Mortlach 12-Year-Old, enhancing the umami flavours in the duck breast. Chef Chu, famous for his precision and dedication to flavours, said that he “Purposely designed a dinner pairing menu that reflects a harmonious blend of Italian culinary traditions and contemporary techniques.”
