The three-piece capsule features the fashion house’s iconic Michael Kors Collection Bancroft satchel, which will be seen in the movie.
In the lead up to the 25th James Bond film, No Time to Die, Michael Kors has unveiled its partnership with ‘the 007’ franchise on a limited-edition capsule dubbed the MKC x 007 Bond Capsule Collection.
“Jet set glamour, sophistication, speed, energy—these are all words that come to mind when you think about the world of James Bond,” says the renowned designer. “They’re also at the core of our brand DNA. This collaboration was really the perfect union of fashion and film.”
The three-piece capsule features the fashion house’s iconic Michael Kors Collection Bancroft satchel, which will be seen in the movie. Made with luxe calf leather, the satchel embodies the sophistication and elegance synonymous with all James Bond films, complete with a roomy interior to store all of that 007 gear in style.
British award-winning actress Naomie Harries, who plays the pivotal role of Eve Moneypenny – secretary to M – will carry the satchel throughout the film.
Alongside the MKC x 007 Bond Bancroft satchel, the capsule will include the Bond Carryall and Bond Duffel – all of which are crafted in Italy exclusively for No Time to Die. Like the satchel, the Bond Carryall is made with calf leather, whilst the Bond Duffel comes in luggage-hued cotton canvas with an exclusive MKC X 007 leather luggage tag. Highlighting the collaboration is a polished MKC x 007 plaque on the interior lining of each bag.
To celebrate the No Time to Die film and the launch of the MKC x 007 Bond Capsule Collection, Michael Kors will host a star-studded VIP party at its new Milan showroom in conjunction with Milan Fashion Week.
The MKC x 007 Bond Capsule Collection will be available on michaelkors.com and 007Store.com from late March.
The world premiere of No Time to Die is set to take place at the Royal Albert Hall in London on March 31, before it is released in the UK on April 2 and in Malaysia on April 9.
