This Valentine’s Day, the restaurant located in Shangri-La Hotel KL is once again living up to its reputation with a special 6-course menu that takes inspiration from love itself.
It starts off with 3 entrées to warm up the night. A palate cleanser is included before the main takes centrestage followed by a dessert that will sweeten an already very special night some more.

Entrée 1
Seabass and scallop tartare
Citrus cured European seabass, smoked Hokkaido scallop, tomato vinaigrette, mache salad, oscietra caviar
Entrée 2
Crab and lobster bisque
Infused tarragon, lobster claw and brandy
Entrée 3
Irish oyster
Steamed oyster ravioli with melted leek, pink peppercorn and trout roe

Mandarin orange sorbet

Veal 2 ways
Roasted fillet of veal, 48 hour slow-cooked veal cheek, truffle celeriac puree and morel sauce
