Unveiled as an ultra-limited series with only 18 units available, each piece undergoes meticulous craftsmanship. Bernhard Lederer himself, along with his small team in the Saint-Blaise workshop, meticulously handcrafts, assembles, and finishes every watch. Notably, his eponymous watch brand stands as one of the rare independent Maisons maintaining an almost entirely in-house production for their watch components.
Despite its unconventional dial-less appearance, the watch doesn’t compromise on essential timekeeping elements. Discreet indices are intricately engraved on the inside of its domed sapphire crystal.
The manually wound mechanical movement ticks away at a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour encased in a 44mm DLC-treated steel case. Sporting pairs of independent barrels, gear trains, and innovative escapement wheels, it boasts two constant-force remontoires, marking a historic milestone in watchmaking. The InVerto comes in a 44mm steel case coated in black DLC, and the Lederer logo subtly sits inside the crystal. Bernhard Lederer Central Impulse Chronometer InVerto is priced at approximately RM 900,000.
