The renowned French joaillerie and watch House, Van Cleef Arpels, has extended an invitation to celebrate the world of fairytales at the prestigious Dubai Fashion Week. This event will take place from November 16th to 20th and will showcase the exquisite pieces from Paris’ most celebrated high joaillerie House. 

Van Cleef Arpels’ fairytale realm will be divided into four categories: Love Stories, Poetic Astronomy, Ballerinas and Fairies, and Enchanting Nature.

Among the enchanting pieces, one that is sure to captivate the audience is the iconic feminine piece, known as the Lady Féerie or Rose Watch. This timepiece made its debut at this year’s Watches & Wonders, and now it has been revamped with new hues that beautifully portray the fairy and the sun setting backdrop. 

Created with precision and care by the expert watchmakers at Van Cleef & Arpels in Geneva, the stunning new casing features a beautiful combination of purple, pink, and gold hues, all elegantly presented in a sleek 3mm 18k rose gold case. The side of the case and the bezel of the watch are adorned with diamonds of varying sizes—highlighting soft luxury and glamour. 

Adorned in a dress made of diamonds, pink sapphires, and miniature paintings, the sparkly fairy is delicately seated on an iridescent cloud made from pearls.

Van Cleef Arpels intentionally chose these interplays of light to highlight the transparency of the fairy’s wings, which are bordered with meticulously set diamonds after enamelling.
