In addition to that and an existing arsenal of more than 200 imported craft gins, the new menu also includes a mix of classic and bespoke gin cocktails.
Gin aficionados, we’ve found the ultimate lair for you to spend drinks night at. Enter MAZE, the coffee & high tea saloon by day and gin parlour by night, which recently introduced a new menu featuring 70 rare gins now available by the glass.
In addition to that and an existing arsenal of more than 200 imported craft gins, the new menu also includes a mix of classic and bespoke gin cocktails specially curated by Adam Westbrook, the Head of Beverage Development and a former gin distiller.
Signature picks like Cote D’Azzure (a long and fresh concoction with crisp citrus notes) and Dragonboi Sour (Malaysian-inspired with salty and sour notes and a trail of sweetness) offer a quick fix; whereas more adventurous guests can look forward to custom cocktails prepared with house made ingredients and local influences.
Diehard fans can also take up their gin masterclass – the “Ginology 101” – where they will have the opportunity to learn more about gin and sample various craft gins at the same time.
